Firefly Trail Alpacas is a 100% family owned business. We are conveniently located between Dallas and Houston, about 1 hour east of Bryan/College Station in Madisonville, Texas.  We have a 14 acre farm and our farm consists of alpacas, dogs, horses and of course kids!  As a small farm, we spend more quality time with each of our animals.  This enables us to provide you with gentle, healthy, and well cared for alpacas.

One of the best ways to get started with alpacas is to visit a few farms.  Come, ask questions, feed the alpacas, and see why alpaca life is so great.   While you tour our alpaca farm, you can see our shelter, and our fencing.  You can pet our animals, maybe even work with one on a halter.  If you are very lucky, you might possibly help (or watch) us cut toenails, or even scoop poop!
